Merci Beaucoup Jannese!
Look at this incredible FRENCH Vignette from the Atlanta show – il est très magnifique! I met the designer; Jannese in February at the Knoxville, Tennessee show (Design and Workroom Conference). She was very excited when she discovered Sealah tape one of the products from Jodees Inc. (my parents company). One month later, at the Atlanta Show, I was pleasently surprised to see what she had created!
The ruffles and the trim for this cornice were created using the 20 gauge double-sided adhesive wire. They were so charming and everyone wanted to go up and touch them…of course I had to brag about how it was created using the Sealah Shaper! Jannese also used the same wire product at the bottom of the side panel; it helped make this creative piece do exactly what she wanted. The treatment is made out of silk and sometimes silk just will not lay the way you want it to….so the wire tape really helped.
She used the Sealah Tape to add some artistic flair to the pillows on the French Bergere chair. The pillows turned out so darling! The next item she accented with Sealah Tape and trim was this lampshade on an antique floor lamp.
It is obvious that Jannese is an excellent designer; I am so glad that I met her – it is my pleasure to introduce her to you, my faithful readers.
Jannese is from Stokesdale, NC if you live in this area you may want her help with your next window treatment! You can email her at: windowwear@bellsouth.net
The hardware on the cornice is made by Saturday Décor www.thesaturdaydecor.com I really love the rhinestone swag holder, it really finishes off the cornice.

I LOVE Sealah tape. Back in my workroom days it saved me so much time when adding trim to drapery panels.
It was so nice meeting you in Atlanta. Great blog!
