Hi Blogging Friends!
Just wanted to start with saying thank you for all your lovely emails and comments on my blog this last week! You All made me feel soooooo special while I was away. I really missed everyone!
We had a successful trade show. Staging homes professionals were very excited about Jodees products.
Sealah tape can replace the glue gun in many applications so they were thrilled to learn all the uses and benefits. Also the doubled sided wire products are helpful too. We showed them how they can make no sew draperies, table runners and table clothes that seemed to please them!
We like to have a give away at our booth so I made bookmarks out of Amy Butler paper products.
Sealah tape is industrial strength so you only use a small amount to stick on paper. Very different then scrappy tape. Here is a few pictures of embellished items with Sealah Tape.
When the show was over I couldn't wait to check out a few places close by. Lake Washington was about 2 miles from our hotel.
Lake Washington is a very deep lake which makes it such a beautiful dark blue. Bill Gates has a home on Lake Washington and I also heard one of the Captains from Deadliest Catch calls this home.
I can't remember the last time I have seen so many lily pads. They were so enchanting to look at. The majority of them were nestled near the docks and near the yacht club. My mom and I enjoyed having a relaxing morning enjoyed some coffee and watched the boats on the lake and talked about the sight seeing for the day.
I couldn't stop snapping pictures of lily pads and flowers to share with all of you. Take a look at the shades of color in these hydrangeas aren't they breath taking?!
There are so many wonderful places to visit in Seattle but my Mom had never been to the market at Pike Place - so I had to take her there. It's one of my favorite places to visit ... filled with people and so many vibrant colors of food, flowers and of course the Original Starbucks is there also!
I'm glad to be home and have the chance to blog again and share some highlight photos from the trip.
Take care everyone! I'm off to unpack!
