Have you ever found a treasure by the side of the road? Or noticed something nice left out by the trash...wondering why are they throwing that out?
I wanted to share what my husband and I found recently in a huge trash bin...the metal cabinet you see on the back fence of our garden.
We were out hunting for metal I needed to re-purpose for a project and instead stumbled upon this beauty. When we found this rusty treasure we asked the business owner if we could pay him for it and he said please take it, it's yours!
It took some help getting it to the house but gosh FREE is a pretty good price :)
Our weather has been very windy the past few days but finally this afternoon it calmed down enough so I could start puttering around outside, gathering tools and pottery, and putting them away in this wonderful cabinet.
I even arranged a bouquet of blooms and hung them on the outer cabinet door.
I am hoping to find a comfy wicker chaise lounge to read in at some point....but for now I decided to use a lounge chair I had on the side of the house.
My husbands birthday is this weekend...So I am running around trying to get ready for company and a big party... he is turning 50!
If I need a break you know where I will be ... In my "Time Out Corner" taking a nap in this lounge chair! ha-ha
